Katie Serbeck is a Technology Application Support Specialist in Dover Public Schools, where she works directly with K–5 educators to build practical, developmentally appropriate AI literacy. Her session — Beyond the 'Wow' Factor: AI for Elementary — moves past novelty and into the 'should we factor,' equipping elementary teachers with three classroom-ready frameworks for responsible digital citizenship in young learners.
