Gateway AI in EDU Summit

Mike Buttitta is an Educational Program Specialist at the NJDOE supporting districts in K–12 CS and STEM policy and implementation. He co-presents Strategic Innovation in the AI Era, bringing a policy and implementation framework lens to the session's focus on moving from early experimentation to sustainable, equity-centered innovation. Mike was a full-time Technology and Engineering Education, STEM, and Computer Science teacher. He currently works for the New Jersey Department of Education as the STEM Innovation Specialist and a NASA Solar Systems Ambassador.
