About me
I'm a student-centered educational leader with over 20 years of experience across teaching, literacy leadership, school administration, and district-level systems, including my current work directing special education and student support services. Strong schools are built through clarity, connection, and coherence. I partner with educators, administrators, and families to design aligned instructional systems that support high-quality teaching, integrate intervention and inclusive practices, and expand access for every learner. My work is rooted in the belief that when the right structures are in place, and the right people are connected around a shared purpose, students thrive. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the development of literacy frameworks, multi-tiered systems of support, and early childhood programming that bring coherence to teaching and learning. I lead with high expectations, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to the relationships that enable sustainable progress. Progress, not perfection, guides my work. Lasting improvement is built through steady, intentional growth, refining systems, developing educators, and keeping students at the center of every decision. If you are working at the intersection of instructional leadership, special education, or educational equity, I'd love to connect.
