I'm a student-centered educational leader with over 20 years of experience across teaching, literacy leadership, school administration, and district-level systems, including my current work directing special education and student support services. Strong schools are built through clarity, connection, and coherence. I partner with educators, administrators, and families to design aligned instructional systems that support high-quality teaching, integrate intervention and inclusive practices, and expand access for every learner.
